Service Description

Full Residential Leak Detection: Structural and plumbing leaks will be located. Please have the pool filled, clean and clear upon arrival. Temporary solutions such as epoxy, patchwork, butyl, or putty may be provided at no additional charge but these services are not guaranteed and are an attempt to slow, not STOP the leak completely. *Please Note: Estimates are good on contingency of isolation valves in place and operable. If we return to the pool for a recheck, and temporarily fixed items are the only items leaking, additional charges will apply.* Note: Pools that have a ½ “ water loss a day, WE CAN NOT GUARANTEE we can find a pin hole in any liner and the client will be billed for detection service.
